Before Your Visit

To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience, please review our appointment guidelines.

Appointments: All services are available by appointment only.

Credit Card Required: A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Your card will not be charged simply for booking unless advance payment is required for your selected service.

Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments are subject to the applicable cancellation policy. Prepaid package sessions may be forfeited.

Same-Day Appointments: Full payment is required for same-day appointments.

Spa Environment: To maintain a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, children are not permitted in the spa.

Age Requirements: Certain treatments require clients to be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a legal guardian, subject to treatment eligibility. Please bring valid identification.

Brazilian Waxing: We currently do not offer Brazilian waxing services for men.

Authentic Beauty Lounge is conveniently located in downtown Chicago.

Please allow extra time for traffic and parking before your scheduled appointment.

Downtown street parking is available.
